Stargazer Digital offers the following services:Paid advertising campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Bing.Email marketing campaigns, primarily through Klaviyo.

Conversion design services to optimize user experience and increase sales.User ObligationsAs a client, you agree to provide all necessary information and materials required for the successful execution of the services you’ve enlisted.You warrant that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.Payment and FeesAll services will be billed as per the agreement between the client and Stargazer Digital.

Payments are due as specified in the respective service agreement.Late payments may incur additional fees.TerminationEither party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms specified in the individual service contract.Intellectual PropertyAll materials, strategies, and campaigns developed by Stargazer Digital remain the intellectual property of Stargazer Digital until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their business purposes.Limitation of LiabilityStargazer Digital will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.PrivacyWe respect the privacy of our clients. Any information provided to us will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.AmendmentsStargazer Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Clients will be notified of significant changes.Governing LawThese Terms of Service are governed by Scottish law.
